Middle School Boys Basketball Teams Sweep Blue and Gold Championships

Last week in the middle school, the Blue division and Gold division boys basketball teams made school history. Both teams earned championship titles in their respective divisions in the San Gabriel Valley Christian Sports League. This is the second year in a row that our Gold team received the championship title for boys basketball, and the first time in Southlands history for both the Blue and the Gold teams to win in the same season. It is also the first time in SGVCS League history that both Blue and Gold teams have won. Hats off to Coach Mendoza and Coach Gantt for a winning season and congratulations to our middle school boys basketball teams!
